Its Thornton Teas with a Twist – 3Ts – Today, Wednesday 8th May 2 to 4 pm

Hope you will be able to join us at Thornton Community Centre today for a happy afternoon. Tea, coffee, cake, conversation and fun.

Puzzles, games, children’s toys.

Everyone is welcome, including well behaved dogs on leads.

Do join us if you can, even if it’s only for a short while –Drop in at any time.

The next churchyard working party is planned for this Saturday,

11thMay 10 am to 12 noon.

If you would like to join us, please do, even if it’s only for a short time.

Jobs include

· Gathering fallen branches and twigs and move to bonfire site.

· Remove moss from church walls, Bishop’s walk etc – please leave the Lichen.

· Clear holly, ivy, saplings moss etc from headstones, graves and surrounds.

And anything else you feel needs doing.

Please bring a drink, any tools you might find handy, stout gloves and suitable footwear.

After the two successful events, Little Angels is holding another clothes swap next month for baby/toddler/preschool age clothes. All free to those who can make use of them. If you can bring clothes to swap, great, but is is not essential. June 6th 1.30-2.30pm in St Peter’s Church.
