A Friends of St Peter’s fundraising event http://www.j22churches.org.uk

Clear Out Sale Saturday 25th February 11 until 2 pm Thornton Community Centre
Any profit made from this event, organised by the Friends of St Peter’s, will be donated to the Disasters Emergency Committee Earthquake appeal – Turkey and Syria.
Hope you are able to come along, enjoy the event, pick up a few bargains and help give your support to Turkey and Syria. Their need is so great. Every little helps.
Thank you
Shirley

There will be a working party this Saturday, at Thornton churchyard from 10 until 12 noon.

The churchyard and graves in the old churchyard need a good tidy. Saplings removed, boundary tidying.
All sorts really.
If you can join us even for short while that would be great.
Please bring whatever tools you think you might need, stout gardening gloves and a drink.
Thank you (in anticipation)
Shirley (Churchwarden)

Our next film at BVH is ‘Emily’ – rebel and misfit Emily Bronte finds her voice and writes Wuthering Heights, the classic tale of undying love and tormented passion.
Specials Valentine’s night date offer – 2 tickets for £10! 👏👏
Hope some from Thornton can make it.
